        I heard this on YouTube today, it is simplistic but makes sense:


    We like to think of ourselves as a body.  We're not.  We're a community of cells.
    There really is only one disease, and that is a cell that is not working properly.
    There are only two things you have to do for health----deliver the groceries and not deliver toxins.  That way you can keep the repair machinery functioning properly. Your body will do the repairs.
