      I will always think of Ruth Bader Ginsburg doing her plank workout when I get tired.  She could also do 20 push-ups. Just look at that form. She was amazing.  

(ex update, run 2.5 miles, ytd 1157.9 miles.  walk 3.6 miles, ytd walk 504.2 miles, also 2 planks)
