I've probably quoted this here before, but I re-read it today and found it worth re-sharing! It was hard to run today, (of course I find it hard to run every day), but then I met and talked to a woman ambulating with her walker to get in her daily miles. No complaints from me any more. And she is definitely an athlete!

Wishing you a happier 2021 than 2020. I am having trouble setting resolutions and goals. All I've come up with is to keep on keeping on, trying to do a little bit better. It is still hard to do any planning with the planet in such disarray. I will keep on. I hope to get closer to running 2021 miles in 2021, and will continue streaking.
Today pm run 2.2 miles, chilly morning dog walk 1.5 miles. It is a start.
