A good goal....to control what I can, to get as fit as I can, and to stay healthy! I'm getting covid vaccine shot #2 tonight.

(daily ex. update. Shoveled snow for 2.5 hours! The city of Denver officially got 27.1 inches, I think we may have gotten more here in the foothills. I did run 2.5 miles on the treadmill to maintain my streak. Run ytd 255 miles. No walking, walk ytd still 182.5 miles. Now 7 miles short of schedule. Too bad snow shoveling doesn't convert to miles walked. My garmin watch didn't even hardly register additional steps. RSD 2383)
