 (daily ex. update, slow recovery run 4 miles with dog with 1.2 miles warm up and cool down, very tired legs)

 

(daily ex. update, dog walk 2 miles, ytd walk 445.3 miles,  pm tm 7.1 miles per my training plan, ytd run 734.5 miles)

I spent ages trying to spell inconsequential before I realized that it's not that important.

 (daily ex. update, walk 2 miles, ytd walk 439.1 miles.  2 runs of 3.3 miles and 12.2 miles, ytd run 724.2 miles.  my plans for the day fell through so I got a long run in)

      My Mom would have been 91 years old this week.  I was in my hometown this past weekend visiting my Dad for Father's Day.

     Sometimes I have the strange sensation that I am experiencing things through their eyes.  Their trip continues.
