 (daily ex. update, morning dog walk 4.8 miles, ytd walk 719.4 miles.  pm tm run 3.3 miles, ytd run 1228.8 miles.  5 k run streak day 31.) Tomorrow will be much colder so we'll see if I can keep this up over the winter.
