(daily ex. update, morning dog walk 4.6 miles, ytd walk 724 miles. pm tm run 3.6 miles, ytd run 1232.4 miles. day 32 of 5 K run streak). Cold weather coming tonight and will be here through all of next week. It will be tough to walk much. I'm a cold-weather wimp.
