Looking together in the same direction.

Pay attention.

Be astonished.

Tell about it."

"All I really needed to know about being vegan I learned in kindergarten."

Be kind to animals.
Eat your vegetables.
Don’t take what doesn’t belong to you.
Tell the truth.
You can make a lot of neat things with lentils and dried macaroni.
Offer help to those who need it.
Don’t pull the cat’s tail, she feels pain just like you.
Just because you want something doesn’t mean you should have it.
Pay attention.
Eat balanced meals. (Hint: french fries topped with Oreos is not a balanced meal.)
Take care of our earth.
Don’t be selfish: it’s not always about “you.”
Everyone dies, but it’s not right to kill.
Just because your friend does something doesn’t mean you should, too. (If your friend jumps off a bridge does that mean you should follow? )
Be a good citizen.
When you go out into the world, try to leave it a little better than it was when you found it.
Don’t be a bully: might doesn’t make right.
Vegan chocolate chip cookies and almond milk are good for you.
If you’re doing something  that hurts someone, stop and say you’re sorry.
Try not to hurt anyone in the first place.
Appreciate the beauty and mystery of life.
And always remember The Golden Rule.
