I've probably quoted this here before, but I re-read it today and found it worth re-sharing! It was hard to run today, (of course I find it hard to run every day), but then I met and talked to a woman ambulating with her walker to get in her daily miles. No complaints from me any more. And she is definitely an athlete!
(daily ex. run 5.1 miles jog with dog, ytd run 15.9 miles. Walk 0.8 miles to warm up and cool down, walk ytd 7.5 miles)
