New research on why ice doesn't help an injury

     The old lore to ice an injury may very well be incorrect.  This seemed like an appropriate day to pass on this information.  It is icy out. At least a foot of snow thus far with another 24 hours of snow to follow, and single digit temps with below zero wind chills.  Who would need more ice that that?  It is a dreadmill day for sure with some snow-scooping for cross-training thrown in.
