Denver reached 104 degrees today.....and it is only June, our coolest summer month.
The High Park Fire has now reached 75,500 acres and is back down to 45% containment. There is a new fire by Estes Park, and a new fire by Colorado Springs. It really will be a long hot summer.
Dean and I have entered a race tomorrow. He is doing a 5K, I am doing the 10K. With these temperatures, and tomorrow is supposed to be as warm, we will be doing well just to go slowly and finish. No racing for us. More later. No rain in the forecast.
