Have a great day, Dad!

If you look deeply into the palm of your hand, you will see your parents and all generations of your ancestors. All of them are alive in this moment. Each is present in your body. You are the continuation of each of these people.

Rivers in the Ocean

I love the above quote and believe it.  I feel its truth.  To my kids and grandkids, look into the palms of your hands.  Can you feel your Dad, your Grandpa?  He is with you in every cell of your being, and is so proud of you.  Do an "ouga chaka" in his memory today.  Make some pancakes, play golden oldies on the radio, and dance around.

Ben reminded me of this.  It was one of Dean's favorites and a great one for Father's Day,  Listen to some Peter, Paul and Mary and dance.
