Well, Duh!



     Here are two new studies reviewed in MedPage today.  They confirm what we all already know....that lifestyle and diet affect chronic disease formation and length of life. Reminders to eat better and exercise more never hurt.  What more proof do we need? Let's go for it.

     The first research article showed that people eating a vegetarian diet had lower risks of death from all causes.
