Finding my running sweet spot.

     I have been having problems with a running injury, which I have mentioned before.  I am working hard on rehab-ing it with stretching, foam rolling, etc.  I think it is a bit better, probably mostly from not running.

     Today I read John Bingham's Penguin Chronicles article called, "My Body and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance."  I agree with his decision not to just put his body under a tarp in the garage and let it rust away. The process will never be complete.  I just have to find that sweet spot where running and I can get it exactly right.
